Play is not only fun; it is also extremely useful in expressing joy in life. Joy makes life worth living. We must experience joy in order to live a fulfilled life. Joy can be found within one’s Soul. Reach deep within to bring forth your Soul’s joyful spirit. Then, share your joy with others. This is the true purpose of play.

Relax and allow your Soul to express its joy in all you do. Look for ways to entice other Souls to play with you. Create a spiritually exuberant life for yourself and all those you touch.
