How often do you meditate? Have you made this important spiritual activity a priority in your life? Everything begins with a thought vibration. Meditation slows down the ego-mind thoughts that race past you, so you can focus more clearly on what you desire to co-create for your life experience.

If you do not take the time to build your life the way you want it, in your imagination, you cannot expect to experience your desires. Spend more time participating in the preparation of your life course. Do not leave it to be designed by default. You will not be as happy with the results.
