One must bring themselves into balance to be whole. The physical, or practical, is very important to maintain health. The spiritual is as important to sustain mental/emotional well-being. We need to balance both to gain wholeness.
With practical spirituality you will leave out no aspect of your Being: physical, emotional, mental, spiritual and energetic. The key to living a complete life is to care for all of your Self. Maintaining balance is a dance; listen within to the rhythm of your Soul and flow accordingly.
You will feel which steps to take, when to pause or change direction. Spend some time each day or week satisfying each of these aspects of you. Bring balance into your life and experience true fulfillment.
