As we reflected upon this weeks Message from The Ancient Ones, Small Steps, we were reminded of the incremental changes we have made over the years to improve and maintain our health and well-being.

We have come to realize that it’s all about life-force energy.

Life-force energy is what gives us health and vitality, and it will flow unless it is restricted.

As a healer, Stacey has found that the build-up of chemical toxins in a person’s system greatly reduces their energy flow.

It is easier for her to work with people who do not put man-made chemicals in their body. These may include pesticides and herbicides found in conventionally grown food, chemical preservatives and additives in food, prescription medications, or the residue from exposure to toxic cleaning supplies.

Over the years we have gradually removed toxins from our life, and we encourage our clients to reduce the toxic load on their systems.

Removing Toxins

Some small steps that we have made and recommend:

  • drinking the purest water available and avoiding chlorination and flouridation
  • growing some of our own organic food using permaculture principles
  • eating organic when possible
  • seeking out Non-GMO and Fair Trade alternatives
  • brushing with non-flouride toothpaste
  • avoiding shampoo and skin-care products that contain toxic chemicals
  • using herbal remedy alternatives to prescription drugs
  • cleaning with non-toxic household cleansers
  • replacing amalgam dental fillings with non-toxic alternatives

As we have put these changes into practice, our health has remained strong. And, we feel good knowing that caring for ourselves in these ways is also caring for the planet.
