How can you allow your mind to relax in the moment? Does it help to be in Nature? Is it easier when you are alone? Does prayer help? Are you able to release anxious thoughts during times of meditation?

Knowing that your thoughts, feelings and beliefs create your future, are you more mindful of your personal space? Do you stop yourself before spinning out of control? Sometimes going for a walk outdoors can help you to remember your truth. Turning off a movie that feels uncomfortable may also be useful. Endeavor to be more aware of your mental state, for this is from where you co-create your world.
