Soul Self Living Terms of Use Information

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SITE.

Payment Policies & Frequently Asked Questions

How can I be sure my order has been received?

All of our store sales and coaching fees are processed by PayPal and Stripe. When you have made your payment, the processor will send you a confirmation email with an order confirmation number.

Payment and Billing

What forms of payment are accepted for online orders?
We accept the following forms of payment: All major credit cards via PayPal and Stripe.

When will my credit card account be charged?
Your credit card will be charged immediately.

What will appear on my credit card statement?
Depending upon where you order, your credit card statement will show Soul Self Living, Inc or Soul Self Living.

Security

Is it safe to use my credit card over the Internet?
Yes. We offer a safe shopping experience. When you checkout from the store shopping cart or click on a button to pay your coaching fees, you will be redirected to a secure PayPal or Stripe server which encrypts all of your important information, such as credit card number and name. This encryption process takes all of your personal information and converts it into code that is securely transmitted over the internet. Both processors use a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Technology to protect the security of your credit card information as it is transmitted to us. However, we are not responsible for any errors or damages caused by PayPal or Stripe and have no affiliation with PayPal or Stripe.

To check the security of your connection, look at the lower left-hand corner of your browser window after accessing the server. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending on your browser), then SSL is active and the server is secure. You can also double-check by looking at the URL line of your browser. When accessing a secure server, the first characters of the site address will change from “http” to “https.”

Product Refunds

What is your product refund policy?
For digital products only, once you have received your order, you have 30 days to decide to return it. We will refund your payment minus the payment processing fees which we have incurred.

Courses that are discontinued are not eligible for returns.

Please note that all credit card refunds will be placed on the PayPal account or credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
