How you feel inside will be seen by others as they witness how you operate in the world. People can feel when you have a trust in the Universe. They sense your inner peace. Your eyes shine with an understanding that all is well. Your smile reassures people that everything is going to be alright. Your courage to open your heart to love humanity can be very encouraging. When you develop your faith in the good of life you become a beacon for others to follow.
We have come to know through the centuries that a person can change the way they feel by experiencing this deep connection to Source. However you choose to bring this experience within yourself, be it through meditation, walking in Nature, watching children at play, hugging a dear friend or family member, winning a free ice-cream or swimming in the ocean, find what works for YOU. Then, repeat often. Even remembering these pleasant times can bring you back into a state of contentment. From here you can truly elevate your vibration to make a lasting difference in your future. This is positive co-creation where your thoughts, feelings and actions set up the vibration to continually improve your circumstances.
